Ten X Media provides digital marketing, public relations, branding, and consultancy services. All services are subject to the terms agreed in the signed proposal, contract, or email confirmation.

2. Payments

All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms.
Fees paid are non-refundable once the service process has started, including communication, strategy creation, or execution.
If a third party does not approve a campaign, brand, or account, Ten X Media reserves the right to deduct consultation and effort fees before processing any refund request.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and timely information required for service execution.
Ensuring they have the rights, licenses, or permissions for any materials shared (such as logos, trademarks, or product information).
Responding to queries or approvals within agreed timelines to avoid delays.

4. Intellectual Property

All strategies, plans, and creative work developed by Ten X Media remain the intellectual property of Ten X Media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, clients receive the right to use deliverables for their own business purposes.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Ten X Media may use third-party platforms for execution.
We are not responsible for approvals, rejections, or policy changes on such platforms.

6. Confidentiality

Both Ten X Media and the client agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose it to any third party without consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ten X Media will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services.
Results from marketing and PR activities may vary, and no guarantee of specific outcomes (such as sales, leads, or approvals) is provided.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to the terms of the agreement.
Payments already made are non-refundable if work has been initiated.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedababd.
