2. General Policy
- Once a project has started, refunds are generally not provided as time, effort, and resources are immediately invested into the work.
- Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases where:
- Services have not been initiated at all.
- Once Ten X Media has started any process, including communications, planning, or preliminary work, refunds are not applicable.
- Duplicate payment has been made by mistake.
3. Platform or Brand Non-Approval
- In cases where platforms, marketplaces, or brands do not approve a listing, campaign, or collaboration, Ten X Media cannot be held responsible for such outcomes.
- Any efforts, time, and consultation provided up to that point will be deducted as consultation/service fees.
- Refunds will be issued only for amounts exceeding these deducted fees, if applicable.
4. Advance Payments
All advance payments made to Ten X Media are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate transactions or service non-commencement.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, documents, and timely approvals. Delays caused by the client will not be considered grounds for a refund.
6. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 12-15 business days to the original payment method.
- Any third-party charges (such as payment gateway fees or transaction charges) will be deducted from the refund amount.
